Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GREEN VIREO LLC ("GREEN VIREO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use PostMatic, including its mobile applications, websites, and related services (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, name where provided, account identifier, selected language, authentication-provider identifiers, and encrypted or hashed authentication data needed to secure your account.
• Content and media: prompts, post drafts, generated text, hashtags, uploaded images, generated images, scheduled-post details, and feedback you submit. If you attach a screenshot to feedback, we process that screenshot.
• Connected social-account data: platform, account or page identifiers, account name or username, connection status, permissions, and access or refresh tokens needed to publish or manage the connection. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• Purchase and entitlement data: product identifiers, transaction and original-transaction identifiers, purchase tokens or signed store transaction data, price and currency information supplied by the store, subscription status, renewal information, and entitlement history. We do not collect or store your full payment-card number.
• Device and service data: device and app information, IP address and security logs, error and diagnostic information, and push-notification tokens when you opt in to notifications.
• Communications: messages and information you send to support, including feedback and any information included in those messages.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To generate, store, edit, schedule, and publish social-media content at your direction.
• To verify purchases, provide subscriptions and one-time entitlements, maintain billing history, and handle account-transfer requests where available.
• To connect your requested social accounts and send content to the social platform you select.
• To provide support, send operational and account notifications, resolve errors, and improve reliability and usability.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect the Service, users, and third parties.

4. Legal Bases for EEA, UK, and Swiss Users

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and, where required, with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time when consent is the basis for processing; this does not affect processing already carried out.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. This includes:

• OpenAI: prompts and related content needed to provide AI-assisted generation. OpenAI processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy practices. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services: uploaded and generated media are stored in Amazon S3.
• Social platforms: when you connect or publish to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Telegram, or X, we send the information necessary to establish the connection or publish the content you instruct us to publish.
• Apple and Google: Apple Sign in, Google Sign-In, Apple App Store, Google Play, device-provided analytics and crash reporting, and platform payment or subscription services operate under their own privacy policies.
• Expo: if you enable push notifications, we use Expo's notification delivery service to route push notifications to your device.
• Service providers and authorities: hosting, infrastructure, support, professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. International Transfers

GREEN VIREO is based in the United States and our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, meet legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations, and enforce agreements.

You can request deletion in PostMatic Settings. Account deletion removes the account and associated Service data and triggers deletion of associated stored media. Limited information may remain where retention is required or permitted by law, including billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal-claim records. Deleting a PostMatic account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it through the store account used for the purchase.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise a right, email contact@green-vireo.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption for sensitive credentials. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice.
